Community outreach
· Info and health care for pregnant women in need, lacking support, fearful, needing love, info free of manipulation, often feel they have no choice.
· She wants to change anxiety into confidence, pause, consider all options, benefits of alternatives
recognize fears, nonjudgmental, can come back even if they have an abortion.
· AIM provides counseling, ongoing relationships, & follow up.
· 1987 Started with 110 women, making a difference for almost 30 years.
· They provide free Pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, vitamins, they have 2 Nurses, Dr. weekly, STD tests, one less broken women/man.
· Victoria’s personal experience with AIM…Found housing, lawyer for adoption, counseling,
· Bridges classes learn and earn (cribs, car seats, strollers, ) first time mom, led by Terri Janesco, what to expect in pregnancy, 8-10 weeks, life choices, relationships, overcome fears, face issues, make healthy changes,.
· Rachels vineyard- many women broken from abortions,
· Outreaches include…Baby bottle campaign, Baby Bottle shower, $ donation, banquet, 5k run,
· Adoption Stories of hope needed. Thom Way shared his story of being adopted and how it was a blessing as well as Charity McAfoose shared about her recent adoptions
Urban Mission
· I Serve … paint, clean, pantry, gardens, youth and adults, schools, Key club, FCA,

· Liam McAfoose, Edison, 20 people, devotions, Compassion ministries, Soccer team sponsorship "The Rivals" donations flexible,

· Starting an FCA, seniors starting, need juniors to lead next year,

· 21 people, 4 coaches, largest turnouts ever the last two weeks

· Program has started and is going well!

· Mike Matheson helped by talkingto AD’s & Principals
· Need to place leaders in schools, Oak Glen HS leader pending (Weir and Oak Glen MS leaders are set), then have Principals and AD’s go to school board directly for approval

· Bobbyjon spoke with Eric Yoho and it is going well
Steubenville
· 50-60 kids each Mon 2:30-4pm, need help, very challenging, need prayer partners during Monday classes, 1st Westminster off 4th Street.

· Mentoring program up and running, Edison, Buckeye, Toronto, JH and HS, Rayland.
· Seeking mentors, 5 per adult mentor, Thurs 10, Fri 11 JH 9am to 1pm, Danae Gresch (sp?) helping, male and female chastity ed. event, talk show style, low expectations, Stats show monogamous relationships most satisfying, woman's hormones attach regardless of mind, wait for God's best, date pending,
g. Walt Mueller
· 200 teachers and staff attend from the Steubenville City Schools on the topic of Narcissism and Marketing to teens,
· 60 people attended the evening session on Understanding Teen Culture at Big Red HS
h. April 10 Youth Rally
· At the Center Court of the Ft. Steuben Mall from 4:00-6:00, Grace point will provide chairs, sound, artists, can add more artists, Sean Ganoe speaker (teen challenge) will preach, Invite youth groups to attend
i. Abigail's Angels Benefit Concert
· Posters done pro bono by Nelsons, TV commercials, newspaper articles, expecting large attendance, will take place Sunday March 13th at 6:00 at Starkdale Church
J.Franciscan University

· Franciscan University is starting Little Libraries…Locations include… MLK, Prime Time, Jim Woods, need children's books,,,contact Mary Beth Sills if you would like to donate some.

n. Coleman Counseling Services - Rep Lisa Ward
· To speak on Teen Depression, Self-Injury and Suicide at Starkdale Church March 20th at 6:00 PM. Everyone is welcome to attend.
· Prolific problem, HS student to share testimony.
· Coleman began in July, growing, diagnostics, case management, vocational workers, Gill House on 6th St., children to 3200 Johnson
· Working in schools & juvenile court

· Since 2012, Cookie West, Tower of Power youth, schools, offer safe activities, fun for youth, providing services for young girls, village model of raising a child, restoring community, Block Party in Sept, July Birthday Bash, Basketball tournament after Xmas,

· “Life Support” sober living house 24 hour monitoring, make ladies whole, remain near children, home for families and men in future.
· April 3 Sam will share his testimony at Starkdale Church at 6:00 for Storytellers night

· Dinner twice per year, need help, 100 to 400 people attend, pick up at Urban Mission, Mt Carmel, March 26th is the date of the dinner.
r. Parks and Recreation – Mary Beth Sills
· Opening pool 2016, need help food program outsourced, BB pitch hit and run, Olympic Day, all events are free
s. House of Hope
· Orchard street, WV, Kim Weaver shared about…after school food, restore families, 300 kids per year, supervised visitation rooms, life skills taught in the kitchen
· Get dresses for school formals, 150 dresses for low income girls, creating prom store, need hangers, carpet, if interested in getting formal dresses for low income students call Kim at 304 479 2140
t. Top of WV Day of Hope
· Barb Canterbury spoke about this, Aug 13, had 1200 people attended, 400 hot dogs, snow cones, $2500 school supplies, publicize free resources, tables for ministries, part of amazing graces,
