Did you recently attend an event? At each event we have "follow-up" cards available to fill out and turn return to help to find a local church where your spiritual hunger can be fed. Don't worry, if you didn't have time to fill one out or couldn't find someone to turn the card into we've made it quick and easy to fill one out here and submit it electronically. This card is available to anyone who is in need of a church and is not limited to only those who have attended Valley Youth Events. God Bless
